About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general admin tasks (scheduling, email management, chat support)
- Support light HR (posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews)
- Prepare and maintain weekly performance & management reports
- Manage email-based communication with staff, applicants, and partners
- Assist with special projects and provide operational support as needed
Requirements
We’re seeking a highly organised and experienced Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support both administrative and HR functions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting company operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years as a VA, Admin Assistant, or HR Assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and PM tools (Trello/Asana/ClickUp)
HR/recruitment support background highly preferred
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, delivers with minimal supervision
